Welcome to JoyLights. By using the app you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Service
- JoyLights provides camera-based lighting estimates and eye-care habit reminders.
- Measurements are estimates, not certified metrology, and are not medical diagnosis. See the Measurement & Disclaimer page.
- Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued over time.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
- Pro features may be offered via App Store auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown at purchase.
- Trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow Apple’s terms. Manage subscriptions in Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Family Sharing is not supported as configured.
- Purchases follow the Apple ID that bought them (per Apple’s rules).
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
- Do not present readings as legal metrology, engineering acceptance, occupational testing, or medical diagnosis.
- Do not reverse-engineer or abuse the app or its in-app purchases.
4. Intellectual property
App copy, UI, and implementation belong to the developer. Citations to standards are for attribution only and do not imply endorsement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses from using or being unable to use the app. Measurement limits are described in the Measurement & Disclaimer page.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms at https://legal.macrosss.com/joylights/terms/. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
