1. More stable illuminance readings
- Use the rear camera on a wall or desk.
- Avoid screens, bare LEDs, and mirrors.
- Hold steady 2–3 seconds before reading.
- In very dark rooms the preview may go black while illuminance can still update—use the in-app guidance.
2. Flicker (Pro)
In flicker mode the preview may darken and show stripes. Aim at an LED lamp or screen and hold steady 2–3 seconds. If short exposure is unsupported, your device/format cannot run this check.
3. Free quota & Pro
The free plan has limited daily sessions and per-session time; quotas reset by calendar day. Pro / trial unlocks unlimited core monitoring and flicker tools.
4. Restore purchases
If you already purchased but Pro is not shown, use Restore Purchases on the paywall and confirm you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Manage trials and renewals in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
