Terms of Service
By using SuperDaddy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service
SuperDaddy provides parenting tools for adult fathers, including:
- Family: shopping lists, diet guides, vaccine reminders, allergens
- Med Box: temperature logging, medicine inventory, dosing helpers, reminders
- Pickup: school-run planning with maps/traffic references and weekend packing lists
The Companion community module may be unavailable in some releases.
Not medical advice. Temperature guidance, dosing helpers, and care tips are for reference only. Follow your pediatrician and medication labels. For emergencies, call local emergency services.
2. Free tier and SuperDaddy Pro
- SuperDaddy is free to download. Some features have free-use limits.
- Optional SuperDaddy Pro removes those limits via auto-renewable subscription (Yearly or Monthly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase.
- Prices are shown in the app and charged by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Customers who purchased an earlier paid download of this app may receive complimentary Pro on the same Apple ID.
- Pro follows the purchasing Apple ID on that user’s devices per Apple’s App Store rules. Family Sharing is not supported for SuperDaddy Pro.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be an adult parent/guardian capable of managing child care information.
- Sign in with Apple may be offered; a local on-device profile may also be used depending on release configuration.
- Keep your device secure. You are responsible for data you enter about children in your care.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the app or related services.
- Do not upload or share content that harms minors or violates others’ rights.
5. Third-party services
Features may rely on Apple services (Sign in with Apple, MapKit, WeatherKit, notifications, App Store billing) and optionally other providers you configure. Their availability and policies are outside our control.
6. Disclaimers
- Maps, ETA, traffic, weather, and reminders can be inaccurate or delayed.
- On-device storage can be lost if you delete the app without a backup.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including reliance on health or navigation information.
8. Account deletion
You may delete your account / local profile in the app: Avatar → Edit profile → Delete account. This removes the dad account data stored by the app on that device (and remote account data if a cloud account is connected).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The latest version is published at this URL and may also appear in the app.
